Some clients opt for a one off (crisis) session, while most choose either a block of 6 sessions (short term therapy), or 12 sessions which can also lead to open-ended. 

Mental well-being is fundamental to all aspects of life and how we wish to flourish, and once you have taken this first and often most difficult step, you can kick start your personal growth by allowing yourself time to pause, process and find acceptance and coping strategies to deal with past pain and traumas, or the day-to-day life stressors which are grinding you down and impairing your mental strength.
